In one of the great ironies of all time, we’re showing off our gross fallibility by thinking we can make ourselves infallible through technological upgrades.
Society is a unique creation of human beings; a complex layering of shared fictions and tribal stories we mostly agree to accept.
Our fear-based genetic code made sense living in the wild. But the time has long since passed to evolve away from our primate ancestry. Isn’t it time to stop throwing feces at one another?
Humanity rose to the top of the food chain because of our ability to cooperate and communicate; but life in society also causes much of the anguish and suffering that exists in the human condition.
